📌 How Routing Works

  • Branch Mapping: When a Red Flag alert is triggered for a branch, it is sent ONLY to the chat ID mapped to that branch.
  • Supervisor Mode: Chat IDs flagged as "Supervisor" receive ALL alerts from all branches (in addition to branch-specific alerts).
  • Unmapped Branches: If a branch has no mapping, alerts are only sent to Supervisor chat IDs (if any exist).
